Some students have experienced videos not playing while having a VPN connection active. Toggle off your VPN and refresh the browser to view videos
Your certificate of completion pulls your name from your student account. Update your student account name under settings and then download the certificate of completion from the completed course with the updated name.
The data is retained only to service the support ticket. The ticket information - including email - is deleted following issue resolution and no longer than 30 days from creation.
